Neurobloom Psychiatry
Whole-Person Psychiatry for Every Season of Life
Board-certified psychiatric support tailored to your symptoms, goals, and daily life.

At Neurobloom Psychiatry, we believe mental healthcare should feel thoughtful, personal, and grounded in genuine understanding. Based in Temecula, California, our practice is led by board-certified psychiatrist Sandra Cox, MD, who has more than 20 years of clinical experience. We care for adolescents and adults ages 15 and older, supporting our patients through many different seasons of life.

Dr. Cox earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She’s certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and brings deep experience in psychiatry. Her approach goes beyond symptom checklists, focusing on you as a whole person and the context of your daily life.

Whether you feel overwhelmed or stuck and don’t know where to begin, or if you’re seeking more consistent, attentive care for an existing diagnosis, we can help. We treat attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mood-related conditions. Dr. Cox always takes the time to listen, ask meaningful questions, and understand what’s truly going on.

Medication management is another important part of our care that’s never rushed or a one-size-fits-all approach. We carefully evaluate your symptoms, responses, and long-term goals, adjusting treatment as your needs evolve.

If you haven’t found relief with traditional treatments, we also offer evaluations for transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to explore additional options. Our goal is to help you feel more balanced, focused, and hopeful.

Our mission
At Neurobloom Psychiatry, our mission is to listen deeply and partner with our patients in a collaborative, respectful way. We believe that each person’s experience matters and should guide thoughtful, informed clinical care. Our goal is for patients to feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely cared for throughout their treatment.

We are committed to explaining clinical decisions using outcome-based science in clear, understandable terms—so patients feel informed and empowered, not overwhelmed. By practicing outside the constraints of insurance billing, we are able to spend meaningful time building relationships and responding thoughtfully to each patient’s needs. Above all, we want every patient to feel heard, seen, and supported.
